Marketing & Communications Manager | Powering AI-Driven Media Intelligence at Scale

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to join a growing global marketing team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role plays a key part in building and scaling the MarCom function.

This is a hands-on, high-impact position for someone who thrives in execution, takes ownership, and enjoys working across multiple channels in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute events, webinars, conferences, and sponsorship activities
• Manage social media presence, including content planning, publishing, and performance analysis
• Own marketing automation, including email campaigns, nurturing flows, and audience segmentation (HubSpot)
• Support partner and channel marketing efforts with updated messaging and materials
• Lead PR initiatives, including press releases, announcements, and media coordination
• Drive internal communications such as company updates, newsletters, and executive messaging
• Support corporate announcements and thought leadership initiatives
• Manage the overall marketing calendar across campaigns, launches, and events
• Create marketing assets using tools like Canva
• Write and edit content across various channels (email, social media, events, internal communications)

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Events, or Channel Marketing
• Native or near-native level of English
• Strong communication and project management capabilities
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, and AI tools
• Experience in B2B AdTech — an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Proactive, creative, and execution-oriented mindset
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
