Operations & Trading Support Role

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Broker at the beginning of their career to join our capital markets team. This role starts with strong operational and trading support responsibilities, providing exposure to brokerage activity, client servicing, and market operations. It offers a clear growth path into a client-facing broker role.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Trading Support

• Execute and monitor trade orders under supervision
• Ensure accurate processing and settlement of transactions
• Maintain trading records and documentation
• Support compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
• Monitor market activity and assist with trade reconciliation

Client & Account Support

• Assist in opening and maintaining client accounts
• Handle operational inquiries and provide service support
• Prepare client reports, statements, and performance updates
• Support brokers in ongoing client communication

Market & Research Assistance

• Track market trends and price movements
• Prepare daily summaries and market updates
• Support preparation of investment materials and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High integrity and compliance awareness
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems – advantage
• Capital markets certification/license – advantage (if applicable)
