Director of Product | AI, Data & High-Scale Consumer Platforms

We are looking for a hands-on Director of Product Management to lead and scale a global consumer product portfolio serving millions of users worldwide.

This is a senior leadership role that combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, data-driven environments and knows how to turn product vision into measurable business impact.

About the Role

As Director of Product, you will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for large-scale consumer products.

You will lead a team of Product Managers while staying deeply involved in key initiatives — working closely with R&D, Design, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.

This role requires both strong strategic thinking and a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mindset, with a focus on growth, engagement, retention, and monetization.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a large-scale B2C portfolio
• Drive measurable impact across key metrics such as growth, engagement, retention, and revenue
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers while maintaining hands-on involvement
• Partner closely with R&D and Design to drive execution and make smart product and technical trade-offs
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and lead experimentation (A/B testing, funnel optimization, usability testing)
• Align cross-functional stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives
• Identify new product opportunities through user insights, data analysis, and market research

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of B2C products at scale (millions of users) – must
• Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineering teams (APIs, systems, experimentation, data flows) – must
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field – must
• Proven track record of delivering measurable product and business outcomes in high-scale environments
• Experience leading and mentoring Product Managers
• Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)
• Experience working with AI-driven features, personalization, or automation within product environments
• Excellent communication skills in English, with experience working with senior stakeholders
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional product development
