Phoenix Financial is a leader in Israeli insurance and financial services, offering stability, innovation, and a strong professional environment.
We are looking for a Group Life Insurance Underwriter / Specialist to join our team and take part in pricing, tenders, and complex business engagements within the group life insurance domain.
What you’ll do?
- Prepare quotations for group life insurance products
- Handle tenders, conduct business meetings, and manage negotiations
- Draft policy terms and conditions
- Analyze and present balance sheet and financial data
- Ongoing collaboration with insurance agents and external consultants
What are we looking for?
- At least 1 year of experience in insurance/life insurance/group insurance
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
- Financial understanding and strong data analysis capabilities
- Proven negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset
- Academic degree in Business Administration / Economics or a Pension Marketing License – an advantage
