Head of Marketing

Head of Marketing

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Head of Marketing with strong experience across B2B or B2C environments, particularly in fast-paced startups. They combine strategic thinking with execution, bringing expertise in digital channels, lead generation, and performance marketing to drive growth and brand positioning. Data-driven and highly collaborative, they take full ownership while working closely with cross-functional teams to scale impact.

Responsibilites

• Own and lead Plaee’s marketing strategy and execution
• Build, manage, and optimize all marketing channels (online & offline)
• Drive brand awareness and industry positioning
• Build and scale lead generation funnels
• Plan and execute campaigns, launches, and growth initiatives
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to define go-to-market
• Measure, analyze, and continuously improve performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B or B2C marketing roles, ideally in a startup environment
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and growth strategies
• Experience with lead generation, funnels, and performance marketing
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership
• Strong communication skills and fluent English
