Sales Team Manager JB-5069

A leading investment house is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of pension marketers in the provident funds sector.

As part of the role: managing a direct sales team (6–7 pension marketers), leading the team to meet targets and improve performance, developing and deepening the professional capabilities of the sales team, initiating and leading business development activities with external interfaces, ongoing work with internal interfaces within the organization, monitoring and controlling team performance, and implementing work processes.

Requirements:

"Previous managerial experience – mandatory

Valid pension license – mandatory

Experience in financial / pension sales – significant advantage

Ability to motivate employees and lead teams to success

High interpersonal skills and excellent human relations
