Talend Data Engineer (Experienced)

looking for an experienced Talend Data Engineer to join our Data Integration team.

You’ll design, build, and optimize Talend-based ETL/ELT solutions for complex data environments

across on-prem and cloud platforms.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Talend Data Engineer based in Kfar Saba. The Talend Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient ETL processes, data models, and data warehouses. Daily tasks include optimizing data pipelines, conducting data analysis, and ensuring data integrity to support business operations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill data requirements is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Data Engineering, including building and managing data pipelines
• Proficiency in Data Modeling and understanding of database structures
• Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools, particularly Talend
• Familiarity with Data Warehousing concepts and implementation
• Knowledge of Data Analytics to derive insights and support business decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Previous experience in the technology, software, or data management sectors

• Solve complex data integration challenges for enterprise customers

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on Talend experience in production

• 3+ years in Data Engineering / Data Warehousing

• Strong Java, SQL, and data modeling skills

• Experience with Data Lakes / Data Warehouses

• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and XML

• Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka

Nice to Have

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

• Passion for learning new data technologies
