Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced, data-driven, and results-oriented Senior Media Buyer to lead and scale our performance marketing operations across paid social channels, primarily Facebook.
This role requires 5–6 years of hands-on experience in large-scale acquisition, with a strong track record of reducing CPA, optimizing for player value, and maximizing NGR.
The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for an energetic, competitive person who shows up every day ready to win the day.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and scale high-budget Facebook acquisition campaigns.
- Continuously reduce CPA, improve efficiency, and maintain KPI stability while scaling.
- Optimize toward player value, retention quality, and NGR, while keeping a holistic view of the entire performance picture — not just CPA or spend.
- Conduct systematic testing across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and placements.
2. Funnel Building & Optimization
- Build, manage, and optimize full acquisition funnels from click to FTD and retention.
- Identify bottlenecks using BI insights and implement funnel improvements to increase throughput and profitability.
- Collaborate with analytics, creative, and product teams to ensure funnel alignment with performance objectives.
3. Data & Insight-Driven Optimization
- Use QuickSight, Binom, Voluum, AppsFlyer, Adjust, and other tracking tools to evaluate player behavior, retention patterns, and revenue contribution.
- Translate insights into concrete, actionable optimization steps that drive measurable performance impact.
4. Strategic Leadership
- Develop mid- and long-term acquisition strategies aligned with business growth goals.
- Lead analytical problem-solving processes and oversee performance troubleshooting.
- Support training and development of junior media buyers, contributing to a high-performance marketing culture.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of proven experience in performance media buying with:
- Deep expertise in Facebook Ads
- Strong analytical skills and experience with QuickSight, Binom, Voluum, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.
- Experience working with PWA (Progressive Web App) funnels
- Strong familiarity with RMG user behavior, LTV, and monetization models
- Demonstrated ability to reduce CPA and optimize toward player value and NGR.
- Proven experience building and optimizing full acquisition funnels.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership potential.
- Must be an energetic, driven person who comes every day ready to win the day.
