A stable IT company specializing in infrastructure and integration is looking for a System Team Lead for a hands-on role combining team management and technical work in a dynamic environment.
Role Description
- Managing a team of ~5 System Administrators
- Hands-on work with IT infrastructure, networking, and virtualization
- Providing technical guidance and day-to-day support to the team
- Working across diverse systems and environments
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator
- Team leadership / management experience
- Experience with virtualization
- Experience with networking (switches, firewalls)
- Experience working with Windows environments
- Linux – strong advantage
- Willingness to take ownership and be available when needed
