Comblack is hiring a PMO!

The role includes closely supporting technological development units, leading annual and quarterly planning processes, aligning tasks with strategic goals, and implementing organizational processes and methods to improve delivery and remove bottlenecks in a complex organization.

What are we looking for?

• At least 4 years of experience in managing and controlling technological projects (a significant advantage in large organizations).
• Expertise in supporting complex projects using Agile and hybrid methodologies (Agile/Scrum/SAFe).
• Proven experience in building quarterly work plans (PI Planning) and managing dependencies between units within a portfolio.
• Strong ability in data analysis, drawing insights, and presenting a clear visual status for decision-making.
• Experience in improving work processes, identifying organizational bottlenecks, and proficiency with management tools (preference for Monday).
