If you're a Tech Lead with strong technical depth and experience working with complex, mission-critical systems – this is your opportunity to make an organizational impact and lead professional standards in the .NET ecosystem.

What’s important to us?

▪️ 7+ years of experience in WebForms / ASP.NET / .NET Core development

▪️ Proven experience in maintaining, upgrading, and stabilizing large-scale legacy systems

▪️ Strong proficiency in C#, SQL Server, writing complex queries, and performance optimization

▪️ Experience in leading developers professionally within an Agile model (Code Reviews, Best Practices, Design)

▪️ Ability to influence technological direction and integrate AI capabilities into development processes
