COMBLACK is hiring a Dynamics 365 CRM Systems Analyst!
Role responsibilities:
- End-to-end analysis of CRM systems in a Dynamics 365 environment
- Working with business stakeholders and leading requirements gathering
- Writing functional and technical specifications
- Managing projects and leading processes with development and QA teams
What we are looking for:
- At least 4 years of experience analyzing Dynamics 365 CRM systems – required
- Experience in a financial organization – required
- At least 2 years of experience working with SQL Server – required
- Project management experience – required
- Familiarity with open systems and web platforms – required
- Knowledge of financial or lending systems – an advantage
