Role Overview:
Lead the technology recruitment team with full responsibility for team performance, process quality and target achievement in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own team KPIs, delivery targets and recruitment outputs
- Track performance and drive continuous improvement
- Mentor recruiters and elevate team professionalism
- Work closely with Account Managers and strategic clients
- Oversee recruitment quality and manage the pipeline end-to-end
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment – required
- Previous team leadership / management experience – required
- Strong business and profitability understanding
- Experience working with large clients or government tenders – significant advantage
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing tools
- Ability to work under pressure in a multi-tasking environment
