🚀 Senior Software Engineer – Mission-Critical Algorithmic Systems (C++ / Python)

We are looking for an exceptional Software Engineer to join a cutting-edge algorithmic team developing advanced systems for multi-platform mission planning.

This is not another tech job — this is a core role in a critical national security project, directly contributing to protecting lives and strengthening Israel’s defense capabilities.

💡 What You’ll Do

  • Develop high-performance software for complex mission-planning systems
  • Work closely with algorithm developers on multi-vehicle / multi-system coordination
  • Design and implement scalable, real-time solutions in challenging environments
  • Take part in building next-generation operational capabilities

  • 🧠 What We’re Looking For

    • Strong experience in C++ development
    • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design
    • Experience with Python
    • Background in algorithmic systems / complex logic / optimization problems
    • B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent
