About the Role

We are seeking a visionary CTO & Co-Founder to lead the technological evolution of MemoApp, the world's leading platform dedicated to dementia care and cognitive support. This is a unique opportunity for a battle-tested technical leader to join a high-impact venture at a pivotal stage.

As our CTO, you will not just manage code; you will architect the "next generation" of our ecosystem. You will be responsible for pushing the boundaries of AI, video communication, and cross-platform integration (Android & Smart TVs) to provide life-changing support for seniors and their families. This is an equity-based partnership role for someone driven by technological excellence and a profound desire to contribute to humanity.

• Innovation Leadership: Successfully designing and deploying a scalable, AI-driven roadmap that sets new industry standards for assistive technology.
• Technical Excellence: Building a seamless, high-availability video and communication infrastructure across diverse hardware environments.
• Strategic Growth: Transforming complex user needs into elegant, robust information systems that empower caregivers and improve patients' quality of life.

• Lead the end-to-end technical strategy, architecture, and development of the MemoApp ecosystem.
• Architect and implement advanced AI and Machine Learning models to enhance cognitive support features.
• Optimize and scale high-performance video streaming and real-time communication protocols.
• Oversee the development of Android-based applications and specialized interfaces for Smart TVs.
• Define and develop user requirements for production systems to ensure maximum usability and reliability for an aging population.
• Build and mentor a world-class technical team as the venture scales.

• Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in senior technical leadership roles (CTO, VP R&D, or Technical Founder).
• Full-Stack Expertise: Deep knowledge of Android development, Smart TV ecosystems, and complex information systems.
• Specialized Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in AI/ML integration and high-quality video/VoIP technologies.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A "builder" who thrives in a startup environment and is comfortable leading through the "zero-to-one" phase.
