Role Overview:
Analyze and implement user requirements on Oracle-based systems, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions across enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into Oracle-based solutions
- Implement and configure systems on Oracle platforms
- Prepare technical design and specification documents for developers
- Work with Oracle databases and PL/SQL
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
- Collaborate with business users and development teams
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in systems analysis and implementation, including at least 2 years with Oracle platforms
- At least 3 years of experience working with Oracle DB and PL/SQL
- At least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM systems
- Experience preparing technical design documents
- Experience conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)
