Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to join our team at a leading cellular retail network.

This role is perfect for someone with hands‑on purchasing experience who wants to manage full procurement cycles - not administrative support, but real, independent purchasing work

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the purchasing process for products and accessories across our retail network
• Managing suppliers: communication, orders, follow‑ups, price updates, and availability
• Creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring alignment with store needs
• Managing inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and preventing shortages
• Maintaining and updating product catalogs, item listings, and price lists
• Preparing routine reports (inventory, pricing, supplier performance, sales trends)
• Supporting store managers with product availability and stock requirements
• Performing periodic stock counts and handling returns
• Leading promotional item coordination between suppliers and stores

Requirements

• 1–4 years of hands‑on experience in purchasing / procurement –MUST
• Experience working with suppliers in Israel (international suppliers – an advantage)
• Strong Excel skills — must be able to work with formulas, VLOOKUP,Pivot
• Experience working with an ERP system – advantage (Priority/SAP)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in retail / electronics / telecom – big advantage
