Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a Dynamics 365 CRM Systems Analyst

Financial organization | Shefela region

Role Overview:

Lead end-to-end systems analysis and requirements definition for Dynamics 365 CRM in a financial environment, working closely with business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and define solutions in Dynamics 365 CRM
Lead end-to-end specifications and business requirements processes
Work with SQL Server, open systems and web-based environments
Manage interfaces between business and technology stakeholders
Prioritize requirements and support delivery in a dynamic environment

Requirements:

4+ years of experience analyzing Dynamics 365 CRM systems in a financial organization
2+ years of experience working with SQL Server
Project management experience
Familiarity with open systems and websites
Strong system-level thinking and analytical skills
