Leading organization | Central Israel

Role Overview:

Lead the Identity & Access Management domain end-to-end, from strategy through policy implementation. The role focuses on governance, guidance, risk reduction and continuous improvement of access security across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IAM strategy and policy implementation
  • Advise and guide technology teams on identity and access topics
  • Write policies, procedures and security controls
  • Support third-party and supply chain security risk management
  • Drive continuous improvement in access governance and information security
  • Translate business needs into IAM and security requirements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Proven experience writing policies, procedures and professional guidelines
  • Strong knowledge of IAM principles, protocols and technologies such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML and LDAP
  • Understanding of supply chain security risks
  • Strong communication, training and knowledge-sharing skills
  • Good understanding of information security risks and ability to translate business needs into security requirements
