A global pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager for a hands-on leadership role in a regulated manufacturing environment.
This role includes end-to-end responsibility for IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity across Israel and the US, leading a professional team, driving infrastructure projects, and implementing new systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams across System, Networking, Cybersecurity, and IT Support
- Own the organization’s IT Infrastructure environment (servers, networking, virtualization, backups, DR, endpoints, etc.)
- Lead infrastructure projects and system implementations end-to-end
- Operate in a GxP regulated environment, including audit readiness and inspections
- Manage critical incidents and infrastructure-related crises
- Work closely with vendors and global stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven managerial experience in IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity within a manufacturing environment – mandatory
- Strong technical understanding of infrastructure environments
- Experience leading projects and system implementations
- Highly organized, with the ability to build structured processes and routines
- Proactive mindset with a drive for improvement and innovation
- Fluent English
