Our services include bookkeeping for U.S. and Israeli companies, payroll services, financial controlling, outsourced CFO services, and assistance with due diligence processes and accounting projects for GAAP compliance or IPO preparation. We are looking for a Certified Payroll Accountant with at least 1 year of experience to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing payroll processing for a diverse portfolio of companies, non-profits, and businesses
• Prepare salary slips and monthly payroll reports
• Work closely with National Insurance, Income Tax authorities, and pension providers
• Provide professional and responsive service to clients
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations

Requirements

• Certified Payroll Specialist – mandatory
• At least 1 year of relevant experience – mandatory
• Experience with Michpal and Shiklulit payroll systems
• Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills
• High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail
