We are looking for a talented Salesforce Project Manager & Experienced Implementer

to join our leading digital and technology division.

If you have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations, a technological mindset, analytical thinking, and a desire to contribute to impactful and innovative projects, we want to meet you!

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Analyze and define business and technical requirements and turn them into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Implement and configure Salesforce systems according to business needs
• Translate business processes into customized technological solutions using leading Salesforce modules
• Manage automation processes, workflows, reports, and declarative tools (including Flow)
• Collaborate with development teams and project managers to deliver integrated solutions
• Work directly with customers and stakeholders throughout design and implementation
• Provide training and support to ensure successful system adoption

🔹 Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in Salesforce implementation and system analysis
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical solutions
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
• Practical experience with declarative tools, including Flow and other advanced platform features
• Comfortable working directly with clients and managing requirements
• Strong analytical skills, initiative, and excellent interpersonal communication
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or similar – advantage
• Salesforce certifications – advantage
