We are looking for a talented Software Lead to join the development of complex, multidisciplinary systems at the forefront of technology.

This role involves full ownership of the software lifecycle, with a broad system-level perspective and direct impact on project success—from requirements definition to final delivery.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Lead software development for complex systems across the full lifecycle: requirements, design, implementation, testing, integration, and validation
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to software teams throughout the project
• Work closely with system engineering, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Analyze requirements, manage risks, and define system-level software specifications (SRS/SDD)
• Define and lead software verification and validation plans
• Oversee integration processes across multiple subsystems
• Drive execution, track progress, and ensure delivery according to project milestones
• Support production transfer and final system delivery to customers

🎯 Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Computer Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in software development
• Experience in technical leadership, system engineering, or leading software projects
• Experience working on software-based and/or communication systems
• Experience leading software teams – a strong advantage
• Experience in system integration of complex environments – a strong advantage
