Quality Control (QC) Inspector JB-5068

A company specializing in the manufacturing of miniature components for the medical device industry is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Inspector.

The role includes:

Performing incoming inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections of materials and products, ensuring compliance with company requirements and ISO 13485 quality standards.

Approval and release of final products to the customer, in accordance with quality requirements, specifications, and procedures.

Identifying process improvement opportunities, including generating reports and analyzing test results.

Collaboration with production, procurement, engineering, and R&D departments to implement improvements and optimize processes within the ERP environment, particularly in incoming and final inspection areas.

Providing administrative support for calibration processes within the company.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in QC roles within the manufacturing industry; experience in the medical device industry is an advantage.

In-depth familiarity with MRB processes and quality standards in the industry. ISO 13485 – an advantage.

Technical skills in testing and measurement, including the use of advanced measuring tools (such as caliper, micrometer, and comparator), and knowledge of drawings and inspection specifications.

Familiarity and understanding of the terms COA and COT – an advantage.

Full proficiency in Office applications and experience with Priority systems – an advantage.
