UCT is looking for a talented Master Data Specialist to join us in Israel!

The Master Data Specialist ensures the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of SAP master and transactional data to support reliable business operations. This role maintains critical data across multiple sites, monitors data quality against governance standards, and provides user training to promote proper data practices. It partners with IT and data governance teams to troubleshoot issues and drives continuous improvement initiatives that enhance data integrity, system performance, and process efficiency.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain and update master data (materials, vendors, and info records) across multiple sites.
• Monitor data quality and ensure alignment with established governance and compliance standards.
• Provide end-user support and training to promote proper data entry and standardized processes.
• Collaborate with IT and Master Data Governance (MDG) teams to identify, analyze, and resolve data-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy, system reliability, and process efficiency.
  
  

• Maintain reliable and consistent master data to support business operations.
• Reduce operational errors and minimize IT dependency through improved data accuracy.
• Enhance process compliance, reporting capabilities, and overall data-driven decision-making.
  
  

• Proficiency in SAP (MM/PP modules or equivalent).
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across departments.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role involving SAP master data management
