CRM Developer

Menora Mivtachim is seeking an experienced CRM Developer to join our CRM Department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with enterprise-level CRM systems in Israel's leading insurance and financial services organization

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain CRM solutions to support business operations
• Design and implement workflows, automations, and integrations
• Build and maintain integration solutions using modern middleware platforms
• Develop backend services and event-driven architectures
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure system performance, data integrity, and security standards
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues
• Participate in system upgrades and migration projects

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience with Salesforce and/or Oracle Siebel CRM
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture and best practices
• Experience with customization, configuration, and API integrations
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages (Apex, JavaScript, C#, Java, etc.)
• Willingness to learn: Commitment to learning Oracle Siebel CRM during a transition period (if not already experienced)
• Fluent in Hebrew and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with Oracle Siebel CRM - significant advantage
• Java development experience - strong advantage
• Experience with Apache Kafka for event streaming and messaging
• Familiarity with Workato or similar iPaaS integration platforms
• Background in the financial services or insurance industry
• Experience with data migration and system integration projects
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
