CFO- Relocation Position JB-5064

A newly established international company with operations and financial interests across multiple jurisdictions is seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to lead and build its finance function. The organization operates across diverse regulatory environments and requires a senior finance executive with the expertise, gravitas, and drive to establish world-class financial infrastructure across all entities.

This is a relocation position.

Role Overview: Senior executive reporting directly to the CEO. This is a "build-from-the-ground-up" mandate to establish and lead the finance function for a newly formed international organization across multiple jurisdictions.

Initial Phase (Establishment):

Design and implement all financial policies, procedures, internal controls, and governance frameworks.

Select and deploy ERP systems and accounting software.

Recruit and train finance teams across all global entities.

Establish international banking, treasury, and cash management protocols.

Map out multi-jurisdictional tax and regulatory compliance requirements.

Ongoing Strategic Responsibilities:

Provide high-level strategic financial counsel to the CEO and Board.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and the development of complex financial models.

Oversee consolidated financial reporting under IFRS and local GAAP.

Manage international tax strategies, including transfer pricing and VAT.

Optimize capital allocation and manage foreign exchange (FX) exp

CPA (Certified Public Accountant): Non-negotiable requirement.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or MSc is highly preferred.

Minimum of 10 years in senior finance roles, with at least 5 years as a CFO or equivalent.

Proven experience building a finance department from scratch within a multinational environment.

Expertise: Extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional financial operations and international taxation.

Exceptional professional integrity, the ability to operate independently in a dynamic setting, and full professional fluency in English.
