We are looking for a senior Workday HCM Lead to own the IT leadership for organizational foundations—covering positions, job architecture, org structures, skills framework, and compensation foundations.
The SI leads the functional design sessions — this person leads the IT side, including integrations, structural data governance, and technical design.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and lead the IT perspective in SI-led design workshops for positions, org management, job architecture, skills structure, and compensation foundations.
- Own IT-side functional/technical decisions ensuring global alignment and scalability.
- Lead integration design and governance for all organizational and foundational data flows across downstream systems.
- Drive testing cycles, defect management, and architecture consistency across domains.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and SI teams on global design decisions and data standards.
- Ensure long‑term scalability of organizational structures and foundational models.
Requirements
- 10+ years HR Tech / HRIS experience.
- 5+ years Workday experience with expertise in HCM foundations.
- Proven experience leading Workday tracks in major implementations.
- Deep understanding of org structures, job architecture, and compensation data dependencies.
- Experience working within global, multi‑country environments.
- English: fluent speaking & writing.
Nice to Have
- Oracle HCM background.
- Workday certifications.
