This role requires strong hands-on experience in System Analysis, Including requirements definition and functional specifications.

We are looking for a Business &Systems Analyst to join our Business Technology Solutions team within the IT & Operations Department.

Role Definition

• Lead business units through requirements analysis, solution design, and recommendation of optimal technological solutions.
• Perform end-to-end (E2E) business process analysis (BPM), identify gaps, and drive efficiency improvements.
• Write functional and non-functional specifications and support UAT definition in collaboration with IT teams.
• Develop and implement methodologies, procedures, and documentation standards.
• Drive organizational improvement initiatives, including identifying automation and AI opportunities with measurable business value.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Information Systems, or a related field – required.
• At least three years of proven experience in Systems Analysis, business process mapping and analysis, and writing functional specifications - required.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional processes.
• Familiarity with project and change management methodologies.
• Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, excellence models) – advantage
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and requirements management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong System thinking with a solid understanding of business processes and system interfaces.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
