About This Role

As a PMO Manager, you will plan, synchronize, lead, manage, allocate resources and overall control Strategic-value projects executing the company's vision and its strategic goals.

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

Reporting to: Senior Director of Country Management, Israel

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Translate high-level vision into actionable departmental roadmaps, ensuring total strategic alignment across P&T, CS, Logistics (Delco), and Sales.
• Design and scale standardized processes, RACI frameworks, and project lifecycles to drive organizational efficiency and ensure rigorous compliance with global and local regulations.
• Act as a key stakeholder in the commercial decision-making circle, proactively challenging initiatives and providing the data-driven critical voice to refine business direction.
• Establish a robust reporting architecture and OKR framework to provide granular visibility into business performance and strategic health.
• Architect and manage the organisation’s project management stack (Asana), utilizing RAG status tracking to ensure transparency and real-time risk mitigation.
• Partner with stakeholders to kick-start mission-critical projects, maintaining executive cadence and accountability from inception through to fulfillment.
• Navigate the complexities of a matrix environment by serving as the primary bridge for communication and operational updates between local departments and global functions.
