Position: Development Lead

We are looking for a Development Lead to play a key role in leading our development processes, while remaining hands-on with the products and collaborating closely with product and design teams.

Responsibilities

•                         Lead end-to-end development processes across multiple products simultaneously.

•                         Define and implement development strategies aligned with business needs.

•                         Break down product requirements into clear, actionable development tasks.

•                         Design system architecture and make key technical decisions.

•                         Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams.      

•                         Take an active hands-on role in development.

•                         Estimate timelines, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources.

•                         Ensure code quality and maintain efficient development processes.

•                         Deliver fast and effective technological solutions in a dynamic environment.

•                         Collaborate on roadmap planning and prioritization.

•                         Understand technological gaps and development stages across products.

Requirements

•                         Experience leading development, an advantage.

•                         Strong software development experience, including Unity.

•                         Experience with backend systems (Django / MERN is advantage).

•                         Hands-on experience with AI tools + AI APIs is a must.

•                         Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) is an advantage.

•                         Strong ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

•                         Experience working closely with product and design teams.

•                         Experience in task management, estimation, and planning.

•                         Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.

•                         Must be hands-on.
