This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ramat Gan for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of recruiting from sourcing to onboarding, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs. The role also includes developing and enhancing employer branding strategies to attract top talent and ensuring the hiring process is seamless and effective.

• Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
• Proficiency in Hiring and Interviewing processes
• Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies and techniques
• Strong expertise in Recruiting for diverse roles and industries
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting
• Previous experience in the technology or professional services industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
