We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support our growth in the Israeli market, with a strong focus on the software development and technology sectors.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and plays a key part in building brand awareness, supporting sales efforts, and generating a high-quality business pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns aligned with business development and sales objectives
- Build, manage, and optimize pipeline generation activities in close collaboration with Sales teams
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting strategic and enterprise-level clients
- Strengthen brand positioning and visibility in the Israeli market and among software vendors and technology partners
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns using HubSpot (email marketing, automation, lead tracking, reporting)
- Coordinate marketing and sales activities using Jira and internal collaboration tools
- Create and distribute content tailored to target audiences (events, webinars, LinkedIn, newsletters, campaigns)
- Support event marketing initiatives (online & offline), including lead generation and post-event follow-ups
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize marketing activities based on data and insights
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within technology, IT, or engineering services
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Proven experience working with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
- Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools
- Strong understanding of lead generation and sales pipeline development
- Experience in supporting Sales teams and aligning marketing activities with business goals
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1+) and Hebrew (native level)
- Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
