A leading defense company in central Israel is looking for an experienced RT Embedded Developer to join a strong team of Embedded and FPGA engineers.
🔹 What will you do?
Develop complex Embedded systems in Linux and RTOS environments, work closely with hardware, develop BSPs and drivers, and perform board bring-up.
🔹 Requirements:
✔️ At least 5 years of experience in Embedded development (C / C++)
✔️ Strong hands-on experience with low-level Linux development
✔️ Experience with: U-Boot, FSBL, Kernel, Device Tree
✔️ Experience with Embedded Linux distributions: Buildroot / Yocto / PetaLinux / Debian
✔️ Experience with RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS / Zephyr)
✔️ Low-level hardware experience (bring-up, HW/SW integration)
✔️ Familiarity with communication protocols (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, TCP/IP)
✔️ Experience with hardware interfaces (SPI, I2C, USB, CAN, etc.)
🔹 Nice to have:
⭐ FPGA experience (Altera / Xilinx)
⭐ Experience with MicroBlaze / Nios
⭐ RF domain experience
⭐ Hardware or VHDL development
⭐ Experience writing technical documents (SRS / SDD / ICD)
⭐ Experience developing unit test tools (Python / C#)
