This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis within a large, dynamic, and fast-paced organization.
The role involves supporting the monthly closing process, analyzing financial performance, partnering with business units, and assisting in management reporting to support decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support the monthly financial closing process and related analysis
- Perform Budget vs. Actual analysis and provide clear explanations for variances
- Partner with business units to monitor financial performance and support decision-making
- Analyze financial results and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management presentations and reports
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as required
- Support planning processes including budget and forecast cycles
- Work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Up to 2 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel (must)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in a global organization – Advantage
- Experience in a SaaS company- Advantage
- Experience working with BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) – Advantage
