Job Description

Sweet Security is looking for a technically strong Product Manager to lead the development of our cloud security platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that address complex security challenges in the cloud.

We’re looking for someone with a deep technical background and hands-on experience in cybersecurity. If you have expertise in security technologies, understand the challenges of securing modern cloud environments, and thrive in fast-paced start-up settings, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical products.
• Strong technical background (engineering or hands-on product experience) with the ability to engage deeply with development teams.
• Must have experience in cybersecurity and a solid understanding of security practices, tools, and frameworks.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and a strong understanding of container orchestration concepts and platforms (especially Kubernetes); direct background in cloud security is a strong plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic start-up environment with a hands-on approach.
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from strategy and roadmap through execution and release.
• Translate customer needs and market opportunities into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Conduct customer and market research to identify gaps, validate ideas, and inform product strategy.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive adoption and enable go-to-market success.
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to improve customer value.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud and security to ensure Sweet Security remains an innovator in the market.
