As HRIS Lead, you will own our global HR technology strategy, acting as the bridge between HR, IT, and Finance to scale our digital capabilities and enhance the user experience across our global offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute a global HR systems roadmap aligned with business growth and automation goals.
• System Ownership: Manage the configuration, governance, and optimization of Core HR, ATS, LMS, and payroll platforms.
• Data & Analytics: Establish data governance frameworks and deliver real-time workforce analytics/dashboards for leadership.
• Process Excellence: Standardize global workflows (TA, Rewards, Ops) and translate business needs into scalable system requirements.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Lead: Partner with IT/Finance on security and compliance, manage vendor relationships, and lead large-scale system rollouts.
  
  

• Experience: 5+ years in HRIS/HR tech management within a global environment.
• Technical Depth: Proven success implementing and configuring Core HR and ATS platforms (SuccessFactors a plus).
• Process Expertise: Deep understanding of the full employee lifecycle, data privacy (GDPR), and governance frameworks.
• Execution: Strong project management skills with a track record of driving cross-functional change.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Information Systems.
