PalWallet is a next-generation financial infrastructure platform providing crypto wallets, global payments, card issuing, and embedded finance solutions for businesses and consumers.

Through PalWallet and PalPayments, we enable companies to integrate modern financial services, including digital assets, global payments, and multi-currency settlement, directly into their products.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to work alongside other product managers and help shape and deliver the next generation of fintech infrastructure products. This role sits at the intersection of technology, compliance, operations, and commercial teams, ensuring products are built to meet real market needs while remaining scalable and compliant.

The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and roadmap planning through to delivery and optimisation.

You will work closely with engineering, compliance, operations, and commercial teams to ensure PalWallet products meet customer needs and align with the company’s strategic goals.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands fintech infrastructure, payments systems, or digital assets and wants to help build a rapidly growing financial technology platform.

Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with company strategy

Identify new opportunities across payments, wallets, cards, and financial infrastructure

Translate business objectives into clear product development priorities

Own the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing optimisation

Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories

Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products

Collaborate with compliance, risk, operations, and commercial teams to ensure product alignment

Gather feedback from partners, merchants, and internal stakeholders to refine product features

Act as the bridge between technical teams and business teams

Monitor fintech, payments, and digital asset industry trends

Analyse competitor products and market developments

Identify opportunities to improve PalWallet’s product positioning

Define key product KPIs and track product performance

Analyse usage data and customer behaviour to improve adoption

Continuously iterate and improve the product experience

4+ years of experience in Product Management

Previous experience in FinTech, Payments, Crypto, or Financial Services

Strong understanding of payments infrastructure, financial systems, or API-based products

Experience working with engineering teams in agile development environments

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Fluent Hebrew (required)

Strong English communication skills

Experience with crypto wallets or blockchain-based products

Experience with card issuing, payment processing, or embedded finance platforms

Familiarity with AML/KYC, regulatory frameworks, or financial compliance environments

Experience working in a high-growth startup or fintech scale-up
