Abra is seeking a talented Salesforce Project Manager to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead complex Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycles
Oversee customer communication and expectations
Create and maintain comprehensive project specification documents
Conduct quality assurance of implementation outputs
Provide matrix management for implementation team
Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables
Coordinate complex data migration efforts
Develop strategic project management approaches

Required Skills:

At least 2-3 years of experience in managing Salesforce projects, with a preference for candidates with a background in Salesforce implementation.
A degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or any relevant related field - nice to have
Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
Exceptional team collaboration capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
