Junior TOC Consultant (Future Project Leader)

Are you a high-potential strategist ready to accelerate into leading multi-million dollar projects? Join our TOC department in a high-impact role, working in a hybrid model and reporting directly to the To Protect Leader. You will build the technical and leadership capabilities required to lead global initiatives within three to five years.

The Role

This is a leadership incubator, not a traditional junior role. We are looking for an exceptional individual with strong intellectual curiosity, the ability to master complex methodologies, and the ambition to lead large-scale projects.

Key Requirements

0 to 8 years of experience, with a clear focus on potential

Strong self-learning ability and problem-solving skills

Solid analytical or process improvement foundation

An Industrial or Civil Engineering degree is a must; an MBA is an advantage

Command experience in elite military units is a strong advantage

Cultural Fit
