Head of Recruitment

ELTA Systems is looking for a Head of Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the division’s recruitment strategy and annual hiring plan
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators
• Monitor and track recruitment KPIs, ensuring targets are met
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles
• Manage ongoing pipeline, job statuses, and candidate progress
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, security, assessment centers, and hiring managers
• Present recruitment data and insights to senior management

Requirements

• Israeli citizenship – mandatory
• Academic degree– mandatory
• At least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience– mandatory
• Proven experience managing a recruitment team– mandatory
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) – mandatory
