Senior Physicist / Electro-Optics

We are seeking a Senior Physicist / Electro-Optics Engineer to join our Missile & Space Systems division.

The Position includes:

• Lead electro-optical and radiometric activities in seeker development

• Define and develop the electro-optical system architecture for seeker systems

• Perform system-level analyses, develop physical models, and conduct performance investigations

• Plan and execute laboratory experiments for system-level validation of seeker performance

• Collaborate with algorithm engineers, system engineers, software developers, and test teams

What We're Looking For:

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Physics, Electro-Optics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering – MANDATORY

• Over 10 years of industry experience as a Physicist or Electro-Optics Engineer – MANDATORY

• Proven experience leading engineering teams – MANDATORY

• Extensive hands-on experience in electro-optics and/or radiometry laboratories – MANDATORY

• Strong practical experience in image processing using Matlab and/or Python – MANDATORY

• Deep understanding of wave optics, Gaussian beams, radiometry, and blackbody radiation laws –MANDATORY

• Experience with optical design tools such as Zemax or Oslo – Advantage

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
