DevOps Engineer

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location with direct access to major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with two days remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Infrastructure Strategy: Joining an elite DevOps team to manage and scale mission-critical production environments on AWS and GCP.
• Orchestration & Scale: Leading the deployment and management of high-availability clusters using Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, KOps).
• Production Reliability: Ensuring system stability and performance for high-traffic platforms, including periodic production support to maintain 24/7 reliability.
• CI/CD Automation: Architecting and maintaining robust delivery pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Nexus.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Developing and evolving automated infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Advanced Observability: Implementing comprehensive monitoring and logging strategies using Datadog, ELK Stack, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS in production environments – Mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, supporting high-availability and scalable systems – Mandatory.
• Deep proficiency in Kubernetes orchestration (EKS, GKE, or KOps) – Mandatory.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Nexus).
• Expertise in Linux systems, including deployment, debugging, and automation.
• Strong scripting capabilities in Python, Bash, or Groovy for infrastructure automation.
• Proven experience with IaC tools, specifically Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in Observability stacks (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
