Network Infrastructure Engineer

Operating at the intersection of Network Engineering and DevOps, the organization fosters a collaborative R&D environment focused on high-performance architecture, robust security protocols, and advanced automation.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location with direct access to major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with two days remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Infrastructure Management: Designing, deploying, and managing complex Proxy systems and secure network architectures.
• Network Reliability: Monitoring and optimizing server and network performance to ensure high availability and low latency.
• DevOps & Automation: Developing automated scripts and implementing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) to streamline infrastructure operations.
• Collaborative R&D: Partnering with R&D and IT teams to refine system architecture and improve overall platform performance.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Leading the resolution of complex, multi-layered technical issues within distributed network environments.
• Cloud & Orchestration: Scaling services using Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes within modern cloud-native ecosystems.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Networking and Communications – Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of Core Protocols: TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and VPN – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Security & Traffic Management: Firewalls, Load Balancers, and Proxy systems – Mandatory.
• Proficiency in DevOps & Automation: Proven experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes – Mandatory.
• Strong background in CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Scripting capabilities for infrastructure automation (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving skills in high-pressure technical environments.
