Hardware Engineer

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location with excellent accessibility) and operates from the company's main R&D center.

Role Overview:

• Full-Lifecycle Electronics Management: Taking ownership of all electronic aspects of the product throughout the entire development cycle.
• Multidisciplinary Prototyping: Collaborating with R&D teams to design and build prototypes for current and next-generation systems involving HW/SW/RF integration.
• Board Design & Development: Developing complex electronic boards, including Analog, Digital, and Power circuits.
• Hands-on Integration: Leading circuit design, troubleshooting, testing, and system-level integration.
• Lab Excellence: Utilizing advanced laboratory equipment (Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, DVM) for rigorous hardware validation.
• Manufacturing Coordination: Overseeing the technical aspects of PCB manufacturing, assembly processes, and final testing phases.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in Electronic Board Development (Analog, Digital, and Power) – Mandatory.
• Proven expertise in Circuit Design, troubleshooting, and system integration – Mandatory.
• Proficiency with Industry-Standard CAD Tools: Extensive experience with OrCAD, Allegro, or Mentor Schematics – Mandatory.
• Strong Lab Skills: Hands-on experience with Spectrum Analyzers, Function Generators, and Oscilloscopes.
• Practical technical skills including soldering, wiring, and basic manual hardware tasks.
• Deep understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and assembly standards.
