The company is located in the Sharon Area (prime location with direct train access) and offers a highly flexible hybrid model with three days remote flexibility.
Role Overview:
- Core Backend Engineering: Designing and developing high-performance, scalable backend services using Node.js to power real-time financial transactions.
- System Architecture: Taking a key role in software architecture and system design, ensuring the platform's robustness and reliability.
- Data Management: Architecting complex data schemas using SQL (Relational) and optimizing high-speed data flows with NoSQL solutions like MongoDB and Redis.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Scaling services within a GCP environment, utilizing Kubernetes for orchestration and Kafka for event-driven messaging.
- Operational Excellence: Monitoring and troubleshooting production systems using Kibana and Linux-based environments to ensure 24/7 financial service availability.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technical field – Mandatory.
- 5+ years of hands-on Backend Development experience (specifically with Node.js) – Mandatory.
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational database concepts – Mandatory.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex software architectures.
- High availability for critical system troubleshooting when necessary.
