DevOps Engineer

A rapidly scaling Israeli Cybersecurity startup has developed a disruptive platform designed to neutralize the risk of exploited vulnerabilities within enterprise environments. By bridging the critical "vulnerability window," the platform integrates with an organization's existing security stack to map, analyze, and automatically mitigate potential attack paths.

Founded recently and backed by substantial investment from top-tier global VCs, the company is expanding its R&D center to stay ahead of evolving cyber threats.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location with excellent access to public transportation hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Infrastructure Strategy: Joining a specialized DevOps team to build and scale a mission-critical production environment, reporting directly to the DevOps Team Lead.
• Multi-Cloud Management: Designing and maintaining robust cloud architectures across major public cloud providers (AWS and Azure).
• Orchestration & Scale: Leading the deployment and management of complex services using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automation & IaC: Implementing and evolving Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to ensure scalable, repeatable, and secure environments.
• CI/CD Pipeline Engineering: Streamlining delivery pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools to support high-velocity R&D cycles.
• System Observability: Establishing comprehensive monitoring and logging frameworks using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog to ensure high availability.

Requirements:

• Significant professional experience as a DevOps Engineer – Mandatory.
• Proven expertise in Public Cloud Environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) – Mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker – Mandatory.
• Deep proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically Terraform – Mandatory.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.).
• Scripting and automation mastery in Python or Bash.
• Solid background in monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, or Datadog).
