Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a talented and motivated project manager to help deliver our cutting-edge automotive electric motors to our customers and partners.

In this role you will have a company-wide view of all running projects and programs. You will plan and oversee execution of several motor delivery programs, as well as related engineering projects. You will work closely with the R&D group as well as many other internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are supplied on time while optimizing use of resources.

Responsibilities

• Plan and kick-off internal and external projects of the company
• Work with stakeholders to make sure all project deliverables are accounted for (customer facing) from start to project completion
• Communicate status of ongoing projects to management, provide your personal view and interpretation, recommend course of action
• Constantly improve project management related internal processes
• Provide visibility on resource allocation, optimize to achieve higher efficiency in delivery times
• Control the entire project life cycle
• Track progress and milestones
• Lead team meetings
• Develop best practices

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience managing customer-facing technical projects
• Engineering degree or other technical fields
• Previous experience in automotive related engineering projects - Advantage
