Technical Support Engineer

The company is located in the Sharon Area (prime high-tech location) and operates a hybrid work model with two days remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• End-to-End Leadership: Leading complex, multidisciplinary projects from concept to delivery, focusing on advanced optical imaging systems.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Synchronizing between internal Software, Hardware, and Algorithm (AI/ML) teams to drive product execution.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Managing external partners in specialized fields such as Optics, Mechanics, and Electronics.
• System Integration: Overseeing the integration of sensors, data pipelines, and algorithms, ensuring seamless performance across high-scale systems.
• Technical Problem Solving: Identifying and debugging cross-domain issues (HW/SW/Algo) to maintain high standards of precision and reliability.
• Daily Execution Management: Driving the project roadmap, managing resources, and ensuring alignment with global strategic goals.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field – Mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management within a Hardware-Software environment – Mandatory.
• Proven experience working with AI/ML or Computer Vision teams – Mandatory.
• Substantial experience in Vendor Management (Optics, Mechanics, or Electronics subcontractors) – Mandatory.
• Strong architectural understanding of complex systems involving imaging, sensors, and data processing.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead diverse technical teams.
