We’re seeking an R&D Team Lead who will collaborate with inspiring people, and lead the infrastructure team toward success.

What’s the Job?

• Work with a modern tech stack including C#, .NET Core, Python, Elasticsearch, Redis, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Spark, Airflow, and more.
• Take end-to-end ownership of software development and innovation within the team - covering technology choices, security, scalability, reliability, data architecture, and engineering processes.
• Drive technical excellence, high product quality, and continuous innovation while ensuring timely delivery in a production-critical environment.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented Software Engineers, fostering both professional development and strong team culture.
• Oversee and continuously improve development processes to ensure efficiency and high standards.

What Do You Bring?

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including significant experience leading R&D teams.
• At least 5 years of hands-on backend development experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in system architecture and design.
• Strong experience with distributed systems, data platforms, and AI/ML engineering.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide teams and drive architectural decisions.
• A broad and deep understanding of modern technologies and best practices.
• A highly motivated, self-driven mindset with a hands-on leadership approach and a “lead by example” attitude.
